Hermitage Bay re-opens this year after a renovation which has given it a sleeker, more contemporary feel whilst preserving the soul that it is loved for. Private pools have been added to our Seaview Garden Suites, and a new restaurant, where guests can feast on lobster with their feet in the sand, sits on our beach.
